Charmaine 1

Tel: 0131 524 0303

Charmaine leads on our work developing new philanthropic clients and, through inter-team working, supporting clients with the potential to develop their philanthropy from ‘transactional’ to ‘transformational’ Foundation services, such as a bespoke grantmaking programme.

For the last 18 years, she has focused on the non profit sector, both as a fundraising and development manager and as a consultant. Charmaine’s speciality has been major donors, capital campaigns and strategic planning.

Passionate about disaffected and excluded young people, the arts and heritage sector and environmental sustainability, she has worked for the Surrey Care Trust, the Natural History Museum, Forum for the Future, Landmark Trust and Watts Gallery.

In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys hill walking, mountains and munros though doesn’t consider herself a bagger – yet, gardening, the fine and decorative arts, architecture, ancient sacred sites, stone circles, yoga and dancing.
