Salary: The Post is graded at level 7 (of 10 grades) with a starting salary of £42,651

Foundation Scotland [FS] is part of a global network of 1,800 community foundations which encourage philanthropy and other independent funding, which strengthen voluntary and community sectors where they operate. A quality accredited, independent registered charity, FS is uniquely placed as the only community foundation in Scotland. With a national role, we enable independent funding to improve the lives of individuals and communities (of place and interest), helping them be confident, thriving and resilient.

We have been doing this for over 20 years. We are trusted by 150 communities nationwide and hundreds of clients count on our services. To date we have invested £85million in communities, and funding exceeds £10million each year, by means of 3,000 funding awards.

Having recently refreshed our marketing strategy in line with our new outcomes-focused organisational strategy, we are now poised to implement our new marketing plan. We have created this new Marketing Manager role to lead the execution of the plan. This position presents an exciting and rare opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to mould the role and create a marketing function that inspires change throughout the organisation.
