Contin residents wanted to help manage community fund

24 October 2018

Contin Community Fund Panel is a voluntary group set up to advise on grant awards from the community benefit fund linked to EDF Renewables’ Corriemoillie Wind Farm. The Panel meets twice each year.

As one of our current Panel members is leaving the area, we have a vacancy on the Panel.

The Panel is supported by Foundation Scotland, an independent grant making charity that administers the EDF Contin Corriemoillie Community Fund on behalf of the local community.

We would like anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the Panel to come forward. You must be aged 16 or over and a resident of the area covered by Contin Community Council, which includes Jamestown, Contin, Tarvie and Craigdarroch.

In the first instance, please read the Role Profile and complete a Nomination Form

Your completed form should be returned to Foundation Scotland at the address provided, by 30th November 2018.

In the event that more nominations are received than there are Panel spaces available, Panel members will be selected through a process to be decided by Foundation Scotland and Contin Community Council.
