Thank you for supporting the Caledonian Challenge making it one of the most successful outdoor endurance events in Scotland. In recent years we have seen a marked decline in participants with decreasing fundraising income. Subsequently, we have taken the difficult decision to close the event. During the last 20 years, over 18,000 challengers have laced up their boots, raising millions of pounds helping the Foundation distribute grants to deserving causes across Scotland....

As part of a rolling programme of replacing community representatives serving on the SSE and E.ON Community Funds Panel, two vacancies have arisen for local people to serve on this locally elected Panel making decisions about awards from the E.ON Rosehall Community Fund and the SSE Achany Community Fund. One community representative is sought from each of the Creich and Ardgay & District Community Council areas. This is an opportunity to help ensure the Funds continues to be spent on projects that provide a real benefit to local communities.
