Annandale and Nithsdale Community Benefit Company

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £20,000
This fund is provided by ScottishPower Renewables community benefit fund for Harestanes Windfarm in Dumfries and Galloway.  It primarily supports community projects within the community council areas in Annandale and Nithsdale.

Cairnryan Community Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £10,000
This fund will support community-led activity in Cairnryan with an emphasis on rural regeneration. Applications must benefit the community of Cairnryan, Dumfries & Galloway.

Cairnryan Education and Training Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £4,500
This fund provides bursaries to residents of Cairnryan Community Council area to help them access training and education opportunities.

Carscreugh Renewable Energy Park Ltd (CREPL)

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £3,500
Six community councils are eligible for funding through the CREPL Community Fund: Cree Valley; Kirkcowan; New Luce; Port William; Stoneykirk; Old Luce.

Clyde (Dumfries and Galloway) Community Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: No fixed amount
This fund supports community projects in Carronbridge, Durisdeer, Johnstonebridge, Kirkconnel and Kelloholm, Kirkmichael, Kirkpatrick Juxta, Moffat and District, Closeburn, Royal Burgh of Sanquhar & District, Thornhill, Wamphray and Wanlockhead.

Crossdykes Community Benefit Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £90,000
Crossdykes Community Benefit Fund is provided by Crossdykes Community Benefits Limited, a charitable company which receives funds donated by the owners of Crossdykes Wind Farm.

Glenkens & District Community Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant Size: Up to £75,000
The fund support projects located within or directly benefiting the following areas: Balmaclellan, Balmaghie, Carsphairn, Corsock & Kirkpatrick Durham, Crossmichael & District, Dalry, Dunscore, Glencairn, The Royal Burgh of New Galloway and Kells Parish and Parton.

Glenkens & District Education and Training Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £1,000
This fund provides bursaries to residents of the Balmaclellan, Balmaghie, Carsphairn, Corsock & Kirkpatrick Durham, Crossmichael & District, Dalry, Dunscore, Glencairn, The Royal Burgh of New Galloway and Kells Parish and Parton Community Council areas.

Kilgallioch Community Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway, South Ayrshire
  • Grant size: Up to £100,000
The Kilgallioch Community Fund is part of the Kilgallioch Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund, which is provided by ScottishPower Renewables, from their Kilgallioch Windfarm.

Kirkcowan Community Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: No fixed amount
This fund is provided by Kirkcowan Community Development Trust using funds from the Scottish Power Renewables Kilgallioch and RES Glenchamber wind farms.

Kirkcowan Education & Training Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £2,000
The aim of this fund is to both encourage and support people who wish to study at university/college or undertake short courses which can provide them with new skills and increased job prospects. Up to £2,000 is available to each Kirkcowan resident, payable across one or more grants.

Minnygap Community Fund

  • Area: Dumfries and Galloway
  • Grant size: Up to £12,000
The Minnygap Community Fund supports community projects benefitting those living in the community council areas of Johnstone, Templand and Kirkpatrick Juxta.
